When your heart is in a million pieces, it feels like more than you could ever survive. But it's calling forth an unshakable strength that you didn't even know you had in you. If you need more strength today , read these thoughts that make you light.

Self love is most important. Loving yourself does not mean being self absorbed or narcissistic, or disregarding others. Rather it means welcoming your self as the most honored guest in your own heart, a guest worthy of respect, a lovable companion.
